Chhath Puja Traditions
In this event, devotee worships the rising sun in the morning and setting sun going to close river or pond. Chhath Puja Rituals and Traditional Performance

Four Days Event of Chhat Puja

On fourth and the very last day, the rising sun is worshipped by giving Arghya to the sun. After completing this ritual devotee breaks her fasting. Then, devotee distributes ‘prasad’ to their own family contributors and relatives, and Chhath ends officially.
